Due to the fragile, handmade nature of our products, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of our artisan pieces.
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must not show signs of wear, use, or display damage.
Note: Do not return items to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our inventory, the following items are non-returnable:
- Any custom or personalized pieces
- Items with minor variations in color, shape, or pattern (these are a natural part of handcrafted goods)
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper unpacking
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund if the damage occurred during shipping.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or broken. For an exchange of the same item, email us at mexicosbestimports@gmail.com and ship your item to:

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance for fragile goods. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
